Products & Authenticity
Scent North sells hand-decanted fragrances from genuine, brand-name bottles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance brands we carry.

All Sales Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Scent North is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Returns
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
