Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Scent North is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Scent North is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
International Shipping
If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing.
