All sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

If you choose to return an item, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for review. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
